Aspara Refinery, along with its parent organization, holds licenses for the prospecting, exploration, and production of oil and gas across 25 subsoil blocks. These areas encompass more than 17 oil and gas fields, strategically located across various provinces in Almaty and extending to the Western and Eastern Turgai regions of Kazakhstan.
