Aspara Refinery prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of its employees and contractors through a robust Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system. This system is guided by our internal OHS Policy, which is mandatory for all personnel and aims to minimize risks of injuries and accidents at our facilities. The policy is continuously updated to align with advanced international standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Promoting a proactive health and safety culture is at the core of our operations. We adhere strictly to national and international laws, fostering a safe working environment through rigorous training and strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) protocols. Our standards include measures to ensure the safety of food, water supply, and the hygiene of workspaces, alongside regular medical examinations for all employees.

To further strengthen workplace safety, a comprehensive assessment of working conditions is conducted regularly, with a focus on eliminating harmful and hazardous factors. This reflects our commitment to maintaining readiness to address and mitigate any potential emergencies.

Our industrial safety management system provides unified monitoring and management practices across all operational levels. To enhance these efforts, we have established a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Committee and appointed an HSE Officer. Their responsibilities include supporting strategic implementation, developing policies and standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless communication between management and operational teams.
